DCB LOGISTICS has prospered because of our reputation for providing services of only the highest quality. This is due, in part, to the fleet we have built up of over 195 modern, well maintained vehicles, ranging from small one ton vans to the very latest in heavy goods vehicles.

It‘s not only the size and quality of our fleet that makes the difference; however, it‘s also the way we look after it: all vehicle movements are satellite tracked and our drivers are in constant touch with our control room.

Operating and managing a fleet is becoming more challenging as a result of often onerous administration and compliance issues. Our application provides a complete administration console to cover every aspect of a vehicle and fleet administration. These include the following:

Monitoring of the fleet by exception is made possible using the feature rich Vortex control room technology. The software is designed to present events or real time violations (referred to as tickets) in a consolidated screen with a specific workflow relating to each ticket.

Each ticket has extensive reporting with a complete audit log allowing management to follow up on everything relating to a single ticket in a consolidated report. This includes voice recordings of phone calls, SMS logs, notes added and system generated user, time and date logs.
